Orders placed through this website are paid via PayPal or through Stripe with a credit or debit card. You do not need either a PayPal or a Stripe account to buy something through this website, and both offer secure online payment options. I can also accept online bank transfers so please contact me if you would prefer to pay in this way or if you have any questions.
I stock a small number of ready-made pieces but most items of jewellery seen here are made to order. Depending on the piece, hand-crafting your jewellery usually takes around three weeks. If you have a question about delivery times for your order or need something by a particular date, please contact me.
I make all pieces of jewellery by hand and so each piece is unique. Photographs shown on this website are representative of the finished product but your piece may differ slightly from the photograph shown.
I am happy to accept commissions and can make any piece of jewellery to your preferred requirements.

I hope you will be delighted with your piece of Lucy Lyon Jewellery, however I offer a 14 day returns policy from the day of delivery. Please contact me if you have any queries about or problems with your piece as soon as possible after delivery of your item.
I cannot accept any returns on bespoke, commissioned or personalised items, so I ask for your particular care and attention when ordering these pieces. I cannot accept returns of any earrings for reasons of hygiene.
